Same. I missed the weird responses and bickering over random things. Definitely like marriage.

There was an article in Newsday a few hours ago, but for some reason I'm in the wrong area to have access to it. Wondered if any of you have seen it?
The link I got was https://www.newsday.com/classifieds/real-estate ... .12633887.

And it appeared on Google as stated below:

Tour the Amityville Horror house | Newsday
https://www.newsday.com › Classifieds › Real Estate
7 hours ago - Search for your next dream home in the Long Island area. Newsday's Real Estate classifieds offers one of the largest listings of homes for sale or rent.

Does anyone know if the house up for sale again?
Link is old. House not for sale again.

The mystery behind the Amityville haunting is revealed. It was Shadow!

Yes. If Shadow gets all bitchy with you, I'll protect you.

But honestly, she'd be scared of you. She'd just stare at you from a distance, and run away if you tried to approach.

And Ratty would be hiding under the bed before you even got inside.

So you're safe...

His mom (Shadow) brought him to me when he was a week or so old. She was carrying him in her mouth. It looked like she was carrying a dead rat. Until she dropped him on the living room floor and he started stumbling around.

So I called him Ratty.

If I was to name him today, I'd call him Spooky (because he is a stereotypical scaredy-cat).

I miss my cat. Poor guy developed a tumour under his tongue and was put to sleep last month after 11 years of being in the family. Cats make wonderful pets and their individual personalities are just fantastic.

Hi All:

Been gone awhile, but I decided to check out the site tonight and WOW! The revamp is impressive. I’m still not seeing the background picture of which Dan spoke, but I’ll try refreshing browser again. I’m using iPhone, so maybe that’s why I don’t see it. Loving the new look. I’ll poke around a bit more to get used to the new and improved functions. Hope everyone is okay.

Ah, the background image doesn't show up when viewing on a cell phone. I should have mentioned. Only when viewing on a computer. Only for viewing on a browser in "desktop mode."

However, at least we're finally "cellphone-friendly" after this upgrade, so that's nice to finally have a mobile version of the board. It was hard to use on a phone prior to this.

Well, it’s terrific, regardless. Thanks for making it more mobile-friendly! I haven’t kept up much with regard to Ronnie. Still poking around to see what I’ve missed.

I haven't kept up much, either. After George died, the "openness" from the family went with him. They'd rather live out their lives privately and I can't say I blame them; but it does put a huge damper on things when there's no one to ask questions of anymore...

Christopher spent a night with my family when he was on his way back from DC and New York over a year ago. He is a very nice man, but also troubled. Can’t be easy to live with that notoriety from a young age. He was open about a lot of things, but also kept things to himself. The biggest thing I learned from him is that he definitely loved his mom Kathy very much. He spoke of her with such sweetness and melancholy. I tried to keep in touch, but once he was back home, he had some difficulties (he didn’t elaborate) and started doing the Bitcoin thing. I wish him success, I really do. He said he peeps in here from time-to-time. If you’re reading this, Chris...HELLO and you’re always welcome here. My family enjoyed having you, but I was the most thrilled. Dan, as for George, I know you met him more than once (I envy you). I don’t envy the conflict and drama that family suffered and continues to suffer. It’s sad, really. So, I’m guessing nobody has had any luck with parole transcripts, eh? I tried a couple of years ago… But didn’t have luck like in years past. He must’ve had another parole hearing by now. They are usually in July every two years, right? —Laura
