needing some help with photo sizing

i am having a problem putting my pic on here ...it keeps telling me i have to have so many pixels...what do i need to do...thanks

The picture you want to post here won't display if it is wider than 700 pixels. If your picture is being hosted on Photobucket, click on the "edit" button and you can resize it.
