Ever see this photograph?

Is it supposed to be George and Kathy Lutz inside 112 Ocean Avenue? Is that the Lutzes living room in Amityville?

This is from the night of the investigation... the woman is the medium seen in the TV clip.

Is that Alberta Reilly and Peter Jordan then?

Yeah, that doesn't look familiar at ALL. I think it's a mix-up. That is not George. That is not Kathy. I do not like this, Sam I am.

It looks to me like one of the rooms on the second floor.

Looks like Allison's room to me.

That's the living room. This is where Wilson had the baby grand piano.

I think the picture was either shot in the former bedroom of the DeFeo boys or in Allison's room.
The radiators look identical.

It is definitely the Living room and here is my evidence:

1) Only select rooms have 2 windows side by side with a radiator under each.

2) While Allison's old room is among them she has a door on the wall to the left but no door is visible and the wall is further away in her room than the wall in the photo. Likewise the master bedroom has a door to the master bath against the left wall. The only room with a wall that close with no door visible would be the living room.

3) The radiator covers are the kind in the living room not the bedrooms. The bedroom covers had an arch at the bottom. There was 1 foot on each side and the arch ran foot to foot. The living room covers had a foot in the middle of 2 arches. The foot in the middle is visible in the photo. Moreover the covers were white in the living room like in the photo but brown in the bedrooms.

The woman was psychic Alberta Reilly. I can't remember who the guy is, but I'm pretty sure it isn't Peter Jordan.

Okay, then I was wrong with my guess. Your explanation sounds persuasive. :)

Sorry for reviving a long dead post but hadn't seen this picture before and was exactly what I was looking for (more detail on this room). I can confirm it is the living room with the picture below, taken the night of the investigation.
