He posted that on my FBook and I tripped, and dared him to post it here lol

Me <-------Blame

BTW, Bro, I'm sorry for totally hijacking your thread. I just wanted to see you smile. Is all this silliness OK with you? We could start a new thread if you like, it's OK.

I know Phantom was/is a dear soul and I wouldn't wish to depreciate that memory in any way.

Being silly is just my weird way of keeping your furbabies -- and Dan's too, now -- current, as you know I adore animals, and cats are among the most unique of them.

As you may recall, I once owned five of them, and each was my joy. Mom got a poodle during that time and swore to everyone 'those cats raised my dog!' because the dog literally mimicked the cat's habits!!!

We thought all were covered as far as all their shots. We were wrong. Kitty leukemia took down four of them, one right after the other .. the first died on Valentine's Day.

Amazingly, Tweety was immune or resistant, and lived years past that. Tweety was named less than 10 minutes after her birth, and lived up to her name her whole life. She got cancer and died within days of her 19th birthday -- there was 'only one pair of footsteps in the sand' that day my friend. The vet cried with me. I never let a soul depart alone.

All these beautiful, infinitely beautiful souls ... we're so blessed to be with them, for however long it is.

JH70, Howard *is* my brother for a reason. If he were upset he wouldn't be joking about 'shrooms, now would he?
