Ok I have one more Texas update and then I'll stop- the Fort Worth school district has canceled school for the entire district until at least May 8 due to one confirmed case.

Wow....that's a lot of school that kids will be missing....I'm sure many of them aren't complaining about the unexpected time off, though...

I'm sure they'll be complaining when they have to make up that time during their summer vacations...

They don't have to make it up- they get a waiver. They'll just go back a week from Monday and carry on for a couple more weeks. We got our first confirmed case this afternoon, but of course the district I work for is only canceling school at that particular school.
