Hey Dan, If I may request, can you still do this? I have alot more B-movie bad acting moments and other B-Movie discussion to post. Richard Cranium of "The Curse of Bigfoot" was only the beginning.
Done.

#13 ... sorry about the rant above ... I was listening to the AARF show aired last year sometime ... show_28160 I think ... where they talked to Robert Morehead who taped the bigfoot sounds in the Sierra's during the 1970's. During the episode they aired the 911 call made by the man in Washington state who in one incident called the Sheriff's to report his dog being killed (hurled over the fence allgedly by a bigfoot) ... and three weeks later where one is standing in his backyard while on the phone to the 911 operator. Have you heard the 911 call?

No I have not heard the 911 call. Can you post it somehow? I would love to hear it. I will try to Google it. I also need to Google BlogTalkRadio. Hey, do you have a link for it?

Also, no problem venting about dial up. I used to have dial up so I know your pain well!!!!!!! Robert Morgan is interviewed in part 3 of the documentary I put up on You Tube by the way (maybe start with that one).

I thought so too. He also didn't come right out and say he saw a Sasquatch. He kept referreing to it as a large man (a very large man, and he couldn't make out details and says he can't tell what it was). For some reason, I like when eyewitness reports don't just come out and say they saw a Sasquatch. I like when they say "I saw something, but it was not a bear, man etc". To come right out and say they saw a Sasquatch to me says that is what they wanted to see. Of course that does not apply to all cases. I'm talking about people that glimpse something in the woods for a brief second, did not see much detail and just assume that it was a Sasquatch. Does that make any sense?

Yes it does - he was going out of his way NOT to say bigfoot or Sasquatch as immediately he would have been perceived as a nuisance caller, a fruitcake or a loonie. Also I think he was still having problems comprehending it

Excerpt from the Sierra Sounds website, with sounds recorded by Ron Morehead and Al Berry between 1971 and 1974.
... a unique 911 call from a man residing in Washington state. Although it’s unrelated to the Sierra story it provides the listener with an interesting eyewitness account.

Ron Morehead interviewed this man who claimed to have witnessed his German Shepard being hurled through the air, landing 35-40 feet away–killing the dog. Three weeks later he made another 911 and during that call he witnessed a creature. His concern was that if he said “Bigfoot” the Sheriff would discredit him and not dispatch anyone.

In a previous message on this thread I addressed one of the individuals behind the Sierra Sounds as Robert Morehead. I would like to correct this and say that it is Ron Morehead and not Robert.

# 13, have you listened to the AARF shows yet?

If so listen out for Robert Morgan's opinions and experiences with the political and religious authorities regarding the existence of the forest giant ... interesting ...

Also, Morgan once talked about meeting a retired Catholic priest in a bar where they both had an interesting discussion regarding organised religion and Morgan's interest in the forest giant.

Apparently people in organised religion refuse to believe or consider the possibility that there is another species out there that could be equal to man, since their Bible says that we were made in God's image. Any notion of the existence of a being that is equal, or dare I suggest above, is simply something they do not wish to comprehend.

Morgan once said that he was constantly refused a grant repeatedly for unknown reasons until someone from the Smithsonian said to him that he would NEVER be granted money by the government (ie taxpayer's money) to research the possibility that there is the existence of a being equal to or greater than, humans. This was for the simple reason that no politician would be willing to approve something that would upset the religious powerbase within the top echelons of power, and any politician who would do so would be committing political suicide.

Ahhh, I see. And if you believe the Gigantopiticus theory, there is the whole Darwin theory verses the Church and the Adam and Eve belief.

That's the gist of it, yes.
