Here is the link to the famous Stepney Cemetary that Lorraine and Tony take their guests on a tour during the Warrenology Event. It is located near Lorraine's home in Monroe, CT and it is home to the legend of the White Lady of Monroe Ghost.

Kinzoku,

This might in fact be true since I have not seen Lorraine in awhile at the local Big Y Grocery Story in town!

Maybe she has her groceries delivered these days. Perhaps she's reached a point where shopping is just a bit too strenuous for her (carrying in the heavy grocery bags, etc)...

Could very well be Dan. Peapod is alive and well in Monroe, CT for home deliveries. But everytime I saw Lorraine at the Big Y she had Tony Spera with her to carry in the bags. During her last appearance Tony stated that Lorraine at 83 had more energy than he did at 52! Long live Lorraine Warren! Dan did you also read in the description that it is an intimate encounter? Hmmmmm...LOL

I hope she is doing okay. It must be rough
having no husband around and having to do
all for yourself. Let alone her advanced age.

Howard from what I can gather Lorraine Warren is still doing fine. From the looks of her website she is planning some October appearances and has been doing this Warrenography Tour all year. For 84 years old, she is still following her passion in life! That is so very cool in my opinion! Whether you like her or not Lorraine is doing more with her life in following her dreams and interests at 84 than some people half of her age! God bless her and her mission!

I had the chance a while back to talk to her on the phone. She seemed to have this
motherly kind of charm about her voice. She was very polite and articulate. I think
it would be nice to sit with her and chat sometime :)

The Warrens bother me. Why? Because in their minds "ghosts" do not exsist. Now I dont mean to insult Ed, but to the Warrens, every ghost, every bump in the night, was evil.

Ken, I am not sure that I understand. First you say that in their minds ghosts do not exist however you later state that every bump in the night was evil? Maybe this whole Warren thing is nothing but entertainment to some people I don't really know for sure. The Warren's deal in a subject matter that is really hard to ever prove one way or another. It does come down to personal beliefs I guess. I choose to believe that ghosts do exist so I tend to believe in the Warren Message. I see the Warren's for the good that they have provided to people through the years who were suffering with demons weather they were for real or all in their minds. For those of us who need physical proof prior to believing in anything I guess there wlll never be enough proof in the Warren Mission. I will not personally attend Warrenography myself however I will attend one of Lorraine's october local lectures in town. If anything it is two hours of entertainment. I can't prove one way or another if what they do is fact or not I just choose to believe in their life mission.

I wish it were one week later, because we are passing through the following weekend. I have to stop procrastinating and get up there for one of the events. I skipped a George Lutz appearance and its one of my biggest regrets.

You should AmityPhoto....with Lorraine Warren at 84 years old you never know how many more years she can keep up her speaking engagements. She looked very healthy the last time I saw her but at 84 you never really know. I have seen Lorraine speak many times and I never regret it even if it is for entertainment purposes only. I think this kind of event where you go to her home to chat and see her museum, a cemetary tour and the out to eat could be alot of fun!

Laat night my family decided to take in a movie along with Dinner in the lovely Newtown, CT. OMG.....As I entered the brand new grand opening of the Walgreens last night 05-AUG-11 (First day this store was opened) on Main Street in Newtown, CT last night who do I see as I enter but the now world reknown and the legendary Lorraine Warren standing in front of the store with a person who resembled her late husband Ed Warren. Lorraine's back was facing us but there was no mistake that this had to be Lorraine Warren. She was all dressed up as if she just had a nice meal on the town! As I approached her, I noticed that she was having a friendly conversation with the store manager so I didn't want to interupt. When she was done, I walked up to her with my wife (Also a huge, huge fan) and said hi and gave her a big hug. I told her it was great seeing her again and she how good she looked! She looked me in the eyes and said it was nice to see me again and introduced me to the person standing next to her as Father Jim who apparently is living in the spare room on Lorraine's property at the moment having been recently retired.

I went into how I was a big fan of hers and recited all the places that I have seen her speak through the years. She was taken a back by my fandom!! People she is such a sweet and very kind woman! For close to 85 years old she was sharp and full of life! How many of us here on these boards will be luckly enough to live to the ripe old age of 85 years old not to mention still healthy enough to follow our life's passion! I told her I was excited about seeing her speak again this year in the Fall and she confirmed that "God Willing" she will again be speaking at Shelton, CT High School again. She said she has done that venue now for over 20 years in October! She also said that Ryan's Haunting show was canceled and now is in repeat. She seemed sad by the news. Lorraine said she was not sure if Ryan would be with her this year when she holds her annual Halloween event at the Whitney Farms Country Club. She also said her "Warrenology Event" was a huge success selling out with each event! Lorraine in her friendly way thanked me for coming up to her and saying hi!

Ironcially as all this was going on we were literally standing across the street from one of the most haunted areas in all of Connecticut- Fairfield Hills Abandoned Mental Hospital! This abandoned mental institue which was built around 1927 and abandoned and closed in 1995 has been the site of many shows on the supernatural including the now famous VH1 Fear which featured Lorraine Warren on the grounds of Fairfield Hills!

As my family (Wife, daughter and her friend Jenny) were walking back to our car after a having a nice stroll around the new Walgreens killing time until our movie (Kungfu Panda 2-Yes people I live a good life!! ) who was parked in a white SUV next to us in the Walgreens lot but Lorraine Warren and Father Jim. Apprently they nwere just chilling out in together in the car talking. As we approached our car they started to pull out of their parking spot but not before their window rolled down and their hands waved us good bye! Of course I shouted bye back and waved in a state of just having a brush with greatness!! Its funny how many times I run into Lorraine Warren around Monroe and the surrounding towns of the Gold Coast of Fairfield County Connecticut!

So you say Father Jim looks a lot like Ed Warren? And now he lives at her house? Very interesting news there! Well maybe she enjoys the company.

Isnt it something that we all were just talking about the Warrens here and you see her again! I bet you were surprised to see her!

I didnt know that Ryan's show got cancelled. Is he still in college?

Umm...ahem... that wasn't a wave. Ms. L was swatting the flies away. She was thinking to herself why everytime she sees "that guy from Big Y" the flies start swarming just like they did in Amityville.

Body Guard Jim just wasn't quick enough in their departure. his foot missed the accelerator and the hood almost flew open!!!

Ms. L. shrieked Walgreens is as close to Hell as I ever wanna get!!!!!!!!!!!

I'd be careful if I were you........... :fp:

You know, now that I think of this whole ordeal with
the Warrens. If it turns out that Mrs. Warren is not
who we think or if she is caught in a web of occult,
perhaps we should pray for her to be saved from it?

Each living person on this earth is sacred and are worth
saving from the clutches of darkness.

Does anyone agree? Thoughts?

I too am beginning to think there is something wrong. All the more
reason to pray for Mrs Warren and her associates. At least that is
how I feel.
