I’ve always been a fan of the original Amityville franchise. Sometime back in 2017, I decided to finally check out some of the direct-to-video Amityville sequels that had been flooding the market for a few years. As you probably know, most of them are :) love :) terrible. I laughed to myself and thought, “I should make Amityville Dildo just to make fun of these, but actually make an entertaining movie in the process.” It’s also sort of a joke about where I saw the franchise headed … porn parody territory. Though I don’t consider this movie pornography. It’s a parody of a porn parody.
Hey everyone. This is Nate Rumler, writer/director of Amityville Vibrator. This film actually took me 2 1/2 years to finish. It really was a labor of love, even if it is goofy. To the person who thinks I brought the franchise to a new low, you have the right to your opinion, but I disagree. The movie obviously isn't for everyone, but I think what's more insulting to the series are the soulless cash grabs that just tack the Amityville name onto their crappy little movie. Especially ones that are just renamed to add Amityville to it after the fact. Those movies are what I was making fun of when I got the idea to make this. But I am actually a fan of the franchise and I parody scenes from a bunch of the movies in the original seven movies (mostly the original and The Evil Escapes). And yeah, just pay no attention to Amit Y Ville... He's not the brightest button on the shirt - the sort of person who thinks gangrene is an environmental group or equilibrium is a horse tranquilizer.

Nah, it's not on eBay yet but I plan to list it there eventually. It's available for purchase on my Storenvy account for the time being though. Almost sold 300 copies to 300 pieces of trash so far, and that's just in the first two weeks. <3 Thanks.

Now Amit, how can you claim the movie makes fun of the murders when you haven't seen it? It might well be very tasteful... It's not as if these 'movie makers' wanted to buy the house and set it up as a attraction, exploiting the murders and cashing in on the morbid curiosity of visiting tourists like some ghoul... Oh hold on, that was your idea!
I was thinking Amityville: Red Light would be an interesting concept. The ancient evil affects the career of some reputable workers in the field of a whorehouse which opens on Ocean Avenue.
Somewhere in the movie they realise the red room being used by the clients was actually an ancient sacrificial chamber, and anyone who steps foot in there is doomed for eternity. The employees become possessed and start killing in their thirst for blood.
The film could end with a special grand peep-hole show where the beast rises and kills everyone in the place with red lazer beams come out of the two eye-like windows or something.
