Nice find - this was rewritten and used in the UK's The Unexplained (its 2-part article was the first thing I ever read on Amityville. The above forming most of part 2) minus the claim that Jay Anson wrote the Exorcist script, which pretty much sets the tone for accuracy here!

Oh, and their Doomsday "global disaster" prophecy was 20 years too early
