Doesn't look too documentary-like. Visual effects are played up and over the top, which makes it seem less scary. Definitely didn't expect anything too scientific from Zak though, lol.

Of course I will watch it. Just hope it doesn't exploit occupants & instead focuses on an actual investigation. A girl can dream.

If this is a doco-drama type feature, and if it is balanced without depending on cheap jump scares, then it should (should!) manage to be entertaining (for a documentary type drama piece).
